Health Consultation

This is for an initial telephone consultation to coach you towards your health goals. We will assess where you presently are in your health journey and using my expert advice we will develop a comprehensive plan to insure your success. A pre-session questionnaire is required. A subsequent email communication is included if additional support and documentation is appropriate. The usual time allotted for this call is about 60 minutes but, there is no extra charge if we go longer.
